Slanted Door chef and James Beard Award winner Charles Phan has signed a two-book deal with Ten Speed Press. The first book he’ll be offering up to the world will be called Vietnamese Cooking and will feature “100 classic recipes and select favorites from the Slanted Door repertoire.” [Publisher’s Marketplace]
