A new food truck launches today, now until 2:30 p.m. at Drumm and Washington, called 51st State. The truck is a joint effort from friends Francesca Salcido, Daniel Gutierrez and Nathan Smith, and they’re billing the menu as “A metaphorical road trip bringing home some of America’s most quintessential regional dishes.” Could we possibly have beaten John Birdsall to this one?
