Coppola’s Restaurant Gets a Chef, Three Taqueria Switch-Ups, New Ice Cream, and More

Sonoma: The new Coppola winery in Geyserville, still under construction, will have a restaurant called Rustic, headed up by Nick Petrilli, formerly of Bottega and Tra Vigne. [Press Democrat, Earlier]
Mission: Los Jarritos (901 S. Van Ness) is being forced to change its name by the soda company of the same name, and they will now be known as Sanjalisco. [Tablehopper]

SOMA: Spire Restaurant and Bar, with chef Laird Boles who’s currently a sous at Waterbar, is coming to a former warehouse at 385 Third Street around about June or July. [Tablehopper]
Ferry Building: The Ferry Building is adding seven new niche shops, including the vegan Pepples Donuts, and a pantry shop from Charles Phan. [SF Business Times]
