The Ace Hotel is celebrating a year of being the flatiron’s hipster safe house today. An ice-cream truck (we haven’t been able to find out which, but a reservationist thinks it’s Mister Softee) will be parked outside of the lobby entrance, doling out freebies from 4 p.m. till 7 p.m.
