SF Chefs — the August festival formerly and kind of awkwardly known as SF Chefs.Food.Wine. — has announced their preliminary schedule of events for 2010, which includes a “whole hog” event hosted by the National Pork Board on August 12; big parties in Union Square on August 13 and 14; after-parties hosted each night by Tablehopper and Tyler Florence; and the Grand Tasting events on the afternoons of the 14th and 15th. Tickets go on sale June 1. Plan your summers accordingly.
