The afore-blogged-about Hayes Valley restaurant that should take the prize in the Most Unimaginative Name contest this year, Ristorante Allegro, just got its liquor license and looks like it’s nearing an opening in the former Breezy’s space (409 Gough). This is the latest venture by Willie Brown pals the Zira brothers, who’ve been known for their slightly shady valet service. (Confesssion: We really wanted an excuse to use this image again.)
