Pigeons, beware! Your days soiling the former Coquette space are numbered. Rouge’s Matt Levin is preparing to open Adsum in Queens Village in June, but not until it’s curtains for the birds. (The black awnings there now resemble a Jackson Pollack painting.) “Oh yeah, we’re totally on that,” Levin tells us. “My partner, Jon Runyan, has a guy named Johnny Zap who owns a pest control company. He says the guy is a wiz and can completely de-bird the place so it’s safe for outdoor dining.” Hear that, birds? Johnny Zap is coming!
