Lee Brian Schrager, the founder and director of the Wine and Food Festivals in South Beach and New York, just revealed the next possible location for the four day gastronomic and charitable event. In an interview with Eater, he claims to want to move the festival from the East Coast: “In my mind I have one more Festival in me for sure and I think it will probably be in the next 18 months and I think it will probably be in Chicago or in LA.” [Eater]
