Roy Liebenthal will open his third Pop Burger in September on University Place and 11th Street, the site of the former King Antiques. In addition to burgers, this location will sell his new coffee brand, Pop Roast, along with homemade pastries. For the variety of international roasts, he will partner with a Brooklyn coffee-maker. "It will be like Pop Burger meets Starbucks,'' says Liebenthal. Unlike at the other locations, there will be a beer and coffee bar with Wi-Fi. "It will be student friendly and the prices will be slightly lower,'' promises Liebenthal. "We want this to be more of an all-day place.''
