Gibson’s Steakhouse is opening its third location in Oak Brook on May 31. Expansion is not really that surprising considering the flagship spot in the Gold Coast is one of the top ten grossing restaurants in the country. The menu should stay the same as its other suburban location in Rosemont, so look out for some enormous cocktails and even bigger steaks. All of the sales from its first day will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicago.
