Bloggers who’ve caught feelings for Eddie Huang of Baohaus might want to take note: Before launching his new Taiwanese project, Xiao Ye (formerly known as Crackhaus), in the second week of June, he plans to preview dishes at the Hester Street Fair next weekend. Organizer Suchin Pak tells us, “It’s a perfect fit since he was inspired by Asian street food,” and reveals that the Xiao Ye booth will sell various Asian juices and sodas, as well as Bang Bang Cold Noodles at $3 (for veggie) and $5 (for meat). Huang joins other recent additions to the lineup: cake balls from Sweet Jewels and blondies from Hot Blondies Bakery.
