A little over a month after Eighty One’s closing, Ed Brown is the latest, after Camille Becerra, to keep busy by doing intimate dinners. The first in a series of “Ed’s Back Room Dinners at Ed’s Chowder House” will take place on June 8. Every Tuesday, $55 gets you one of 25 seats in the restaurant’s private dining room; wine pairings for the five-course menu are $40 extra.
