Crocodile Lounge, the New York-based bar that’s got outposts in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Chicago, is now headed to Philadelphia — they’re aiming to open in about two weeks at at 110 Chestnut. Why is this bar opening different from all other bar openings? Simple: for every beer you order, you get a ticket.
