Kampuchea has denied us many a bacon-sandwich lunch thanks to its nighttime-only hours but now it’ll be open during the day on the weekends, at least. Brunch starts this Saturday and Sunday, from 11 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. The menu, which you can see below, is refreshingly hollandaise-free— sign us up for the sweetbread and ramp hash with butter-poached duck egg.
