Most celebrities stick to fairly neutral names when opening restaurants: think Eva Longoria-Parker’s Beso or Southern Hospitality, formerly owned by Justin Timberlake. Not Toby Keith! The country star will soon open a branch of his chain I Love This Bar & Grill in Patriot Place, reports the Herald. The restaurant is named for his 2003 number one hit “I Love This Bar,” in which he names all the kinds of people who patronize his favorite watering hole (everyone from “chain smokers and boozers” to “dancing girls and hookers”) and explains that, while he likes his truck and he likes his girlfriend, he loves this bar.

The menu for I Love This Bar & Grill, which already has eight locations across the country, is pretty amazing, packed full of items like “She’s a Hottie” Hatch Valley Chile Burger, “Nuttin Fancy” Chicken Alfredo Pasta, and a signature cocktail called White Trash With Money (Chambord, a splash of Sprite, and PBR). Unsurprisingly for those who’ve listened to Keith’s music (sample lyric: “And you’ll be sorry you messed/with the U.S. of A./’cause we’ll put a boot in your ass/it’s the American way”), the menu contains Freedom Fries (smothered in three cheeses and served with ranch dressing). We can’t help but think, however, that Keith missed a few opportunities to add even more references to his songs: where’s the Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue Cheese Burger or the Good to Go to Mexico Guacamole? I Love This Bar & Grill’s beer list is, tragically, not online, so we can only fervently hope that it’s called Beer for My Horses. The Foxboro I Love This Bar & Grill is set to open this summer.
