Aimee Olexy and Bryan Sikora of Talula’s Table were super close to a return to Philadelphia for a restaurant collaboration with Stephen Starr before the couple’s divorce earlier this year. In January, Starr was negotiating with the highly regarded couple to remake the former Blue Angel space. Plans had advanced far enough that Starr was close to beginning construction.
