Cheers to Venice’s Sidewalk Cafe for going greener. The 25-tear-old restaurant installed new technology this past weekend to obtain 100% of the power used in its offices and storage units directly from the sun. We’re getting plenty of press releases about restaurants’ Earth Day specials these days, but are dying to see more of this commitment to the actual Earth. [Yo Venice!]
