Here’s something for our “We’ll Never Get O.C.”-file. Officials in San Juan Capistrano reversed a ban on new fast-food restaurants, with the exception of a greasy little strip of town that trans-fat junkies call “Fast Food Alley.” Sounds righteous, but a suit at In-N-Out, one of the few chains worth consideration in Cali, says this officially “kills” plans for an outlet here, and they’ll be taking their “animal-style” elsewhere, with a pied-piper-like trail of people in its wake.
