Danny Meyer is ramping up his presence at the Gramercy Park Hotel. We’re told that this week, Maialino chef Nick Anderer introduces a new room-service menu, and next week he’ll roll out an all-day menu at Jade Bar (featuring, among other things, a mushroom-and-sausage pizzette and a portabello-and-goat-cheese sandwich) and a late-night menu at Rose Bar (featuring a Creekstone Black Angus cheeseburger, lamb sliders, a fried-egg BLT, and crispy calamaretti).
