Chef Fergus Henderson, an original proponent of nose-to-tail cooking at his legendary St. John restaurant in London, is coming to Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken’s Ciudad to teach a one-time-only cooking class. On Saturday, May 15th, the chef will team with the “Too Hot Tamales” for a cooking demo and conversation revolving around the trend of eating and preparing different parts of the entire animal, accompanied by a multi-course lunch, cocktails, and a book of recipes for you to prepare far from the pen of A.A.
