30 Gloucester Street, the townhouse that formerly played home to L’Espalier, is up for sale, reports the Herald. The top two floors of the four story building are currently available as a condo to the tune of $1.5 million, but you can make an offer on the whole building and convert it to a single family home. The condo is equipped with all the trappings of apartments out of our price range: hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and a restored fireplace.
