Top Chef’s Brian Hill Launches The Comfort Truck

Brian Hill, who was sent packing on episode three in season one of Top Chef, launched The Comfort Truck yesterday, a big bright splash of red and yellow where Hill has prepared five chicken and two beef slider recipes, plus wraps, fried chicken wings, and his golden fried “crack” chips that were named by Mary J. Blige, who Hill cooked for privately. Unfortunately, we’re not going to run into this vehicle a lot, as Squid Ink says the truck is for Hill’s catering business, something we’ll learn more about when he appears next month on Private Chefs of Beverly Hills. Still, the man named “One of Hollywood’s Most Eligible Bachelors” by Access Hollywood is certain to pop up again if his food is as popular with guests, as it was when he cooked privately for Mariah Carey and Eddie Murphy. Find Hill’s full menu online and track this truck on Twitter.
