When you’re in the mood for a Chicago-style hot dog, you can go classic (follow the yellow cart umbrellas), highbrow classic (Hot Doug’s), or straight-up highbrow (the infamous Lockwood lobster dog). But what if you’re just thirsty? The Drawing Room at Le Passage has answered the highly specific prayer of the hot-dog-craving lush with their Chicago Dog Caipirinha, a cachaça-based cocktail infused with sport peppers and cucumbers and rimmed with celery salt. The vegan-friendly libation is sans meat, but if you’re sufficiently committed you probably carry a pack of Vienna Beefs on you at all times, anyway. [DriveThru]
