This lady to the left here is the master sommelier heading up vino at the soon-to-open Sable Kitchen & Bar, and her name is actually, really, truly Emily Wines. So now chef Heather Terhune has to change her name to Heather Ingredients, and mixologist Jacques Bezuidenhout has to change his to Jacques Hard Liquor, and we’ll have ourselves a party.
