Spice Things Up at NoMI

Tonight at NoMI things are getting spicy. Starting at 6 p.m., executive sous chef Christian Ragano joins forces with seasonings expert Judy Shertzer from Terra Spice to offer an interactive dinner centered around Canard Apicius, a duck preparation based on a 2,000-year-old Roman recipe that calls on a whole lot of spices.
