LudoBites is coming back for the fourth time. No, chef Ludo Lefebvre has not given up his pop-up plans to devote himself to the wonderful world of fried chicken, but will cook menus of his own devise at Downtown’s Gram and Papa’s for a seven week run starting April 8th and stretching to May 28th, a much longer stint than his recent appearance at Royal/T. While we don’t know yet what Ludo is cooking, his wife Krissy tells us that he will be in an open kitchen for all to see, while she uses a new reservation system to iron out past seating issues. Before appearing Downtown, Ludo will also visit Akasha this Monday night to cook his fried chicken. So, what about LudoBites 5.0?

Though Animal isn’t necessarily heading to London for a pop-up, Mrs. LeFebvre tells Grub Street that, “LudoBites 5.0 is going to be international later this summer.” The bad news is we won’t have the inventive chef all to ourselves, but knowing Ludo’s fanatics, this announcement could help the airline industry if they scramble to follow him. Any idea where in the world Ludo will pop-up? While we try and pinpoint the exact location of his summer plans, you can make reservations for the chef’s stint at Gram and Papa’s through LudoBites website.
