Chef Alan Jackson appears to be so good with contracts that the Lemonade owner should really be working for CAA. Jackson’s upscale cafeteria has doubled in numbers in the last seven months, adding new locations to MOCA and Abbot-Kinney. Now Jackson informs us of a new Lemonade coming to the second floor of USC’s Ronald Tutor Student Center, with a similar casual design as other outlets and space for 40 inside and 25 on a patio. This Trojan Lemonade stand will serve lunch and dinner, including the chain’s huge variety of pastries and sweet drinks, and is looking for construction to be complete this summer.
