Beer-battered cauliflower fritters at Hudson House

To celebrate the first birthday of Brooke Williamson’s Hudson House in Redondo Beach, she’s throwing a party open to the public. This Sunday, from 4:00 P.M. to closing, every guest will get a free blood orange chinaco or tequila cocktail, as well as free bar bites while DJs play the party.
