Colicchio & Sons Reduces Seatings

Tom Colicchio tells Diners Journal that Sam Siftons three-star review has upped the number of tasting menus sold per night from a dozen to about 50. Since they take up to three hours to eat, Colicchio & Sons is now reducing the number of diners seated per hour from 25 to 20. [Diners Journal/NYT]
