Colicchio & Sons Reduces Seatings

Tom Colicchio tells Diner’s Journal that Sam Sifton’s three-star review has upped the number of tasting menus sold per night from a dozen to about 50. Since they take up to three hours to eat, Colicchio & Sons is now reducing the number of diners seated per hour from 25 to 20. [Diner’s Journal/NYT]
