We admit we still haven’t caught up with all of the Best Picture nominees this year. But we do know the important stuff, like what George Clooney and Meryl Streep will be eating when Wolfgang Puck returns for his 16th year to cater The Oscars’ official after-party, otherwise known as The Academy Awards Governors Ball. Puck announces that he’s not only bringing brilliant pastry chef Sherry Yard with him, but fifteen pounds of gold dust, 25 gallons of cocktail sauce, 1,000 pounds of salmon, 2,000 sesame miso cones, 4,800 eggs, 7,200 shrimp, and 50,000 baby veggies, among other staggering amounts of sustainable seafood and organic produce, to feed Ricky Gervais 1,500 guests. Have a look at Puck’s menu below and if you’re one of the lucky ducks who sneak in, please come back to let us know how it tasted.
