Aidan Demarest might be long-gone from The Edison, but the speakeasy-style space’s Radio Room, a monthly rager that brings together the cutting edge of national cocktail makers, is coming back. On Tuesday, February 23rd, The Edison will bring a few of the biggest names in mixology behind their bar with Copa d’Oro’s Joseph Brooke, Brian Miller from New York’s Death & Co., and Erick Castro of San Francisco’s Rickhouse Bar. The three will serve some of their own signature cocktails, as well as drink menus they’ve each created for the night. The crème de la crème of the city’s bartending professionals will follow and chef Christophe Happillon is preparing a special menu of oysters to match. We, among many, are glad to see The Edison putting their Radio back on.
