Kathy Sidell Trustman wants to open a second branch of her Met Burger Bar in the Pink Palace on the Common, reports the Herald. The Burger Bar’s original location in Legacy Place offers city-themed high-end burgers like the Paris, a patty topped with brie, caramelized onion, a fried egg, and truffle mayonnaise. Trustman is the third restaurateur to express interest in the former men’s comfort station on the Common, and the second, after New York’s Shake Shack, to propose burgers.
