We know what to eat at Longman & Eagle, the Empty Bottle group’s gastropub-with-an-inn-attached — with a kitchen helmed by Jared Wentworth — that’s opening later this month. And now we know what’ll be on the walls: in keeping with the pro-booze, old-school vibe of the place, the adornment will take the form of custom letterpressed posters made at Idaville, Indiana’s Tribune Showprint, in operation since 1878, bearing quotes from famously literate lushes Mark Twain, W.C.
