The Shake Shack on 86th and Lex will be welcomed by most neighbors, except the ones worried about burger aromas wafting into their apartments. “Do we want long lines waiting to go into Shake Shack, or do we want restaurants that can accommodate patrons with a sit-down dinner of high quality?” says the president of the East 86th Street Association.
