Joe Ng Will Open ‘Unusual Dim Sum’ Restaurant With Eddie Schoenfeld

With Chinatown Brasserie about to shrink in its current location, Joe Ng is opening a West Village eatery with restaurant consultant Ed Schoenfeld, the moo-goo guru who has offered Chinese dining tips to Grub Street and New York in the past. Diner’s Journal has the scoop: “RedFarm will serve some unusual dim sum, including saffron soup dumplings and Peking duck sliders.” Expect dumpling delivery, too. By the way, RedFarm is not to be confused with another creative dim-sum entrant, Red Egg.
