“Nacho Average Mondays” start at Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake tonight. Each week, chef Brian Poe will offer a different variety of fancified nachos: tonight’s are topped with coconut and jalapeño poached lobster, minted ginger mango salsa, and lime crème fraiche and future installments could include anything from foie gras to wild boar. All this luxury will cost you — to the tune of fourteen bucks a plate. What do you think: too much for tortilla chips?
