Gus, the evil genius behind Wiener & Still Champion, seems to raise the bar with every new brilliant, artery-hardening, delicious gimmick. For 2010, it’s a double whammy of secret, off-menu deep-fried jalapeno chips served with ranch dressing (though they might wind up showing up on the real menus soon), and a promise to create a new dippin’ sauce every week for the entire year.
