You’re not the only one who resolved to lose weight in 2010: at least four Boston chefs did as well, reports the Globe. Want to feel bad about falling off the wagon? Here are some fun facts: Lineage’s chef de cuisine Anthony Marco lost a hundred pounds and owner (and Eastern Standard chef) Jeremy Sewall lost 46. Temple Bar’s Michael Scelfo went down 80 pounds and Phyllis Kaplowitz of Baker’s Best lost 100. How did they do it? We wish there was a magic answer, but it’s the same old thing: diet, exercise, and, in one case, surgery.
