Ce soir marks the official opening of former One Sixtyblue GM Pascal Berthoumieux’s seriously old-school French bistro, Bistro Bordeaux (it’s been quietly in soft open for the past few days). And when we say old-school, we mean old school: blanquette de veau, escargots de Bourgogne en croûte, a pristinely classic salade lyonnaise — this is serious Fronsh. Read on for tout le menu.
