EN Japanese Brasserie began serving lunch last week, but the warming nabe, or hot pot, is only available on the dinner menu*. Dassai Dai-Gingo Sake-Kasu nabe has a sake-mash broth, vegetables, and chicken meatballs. You can cook it yourself at the table, but watch our video to get a quick primer before you go.

*Correction: This dish is not available on the lunch menu, as an earlier version of this item indicated.
