Tender Greens will open their fourth and largest location next month at the corner of Sunset and Vine. The new outpost will feature a 1,200-square-foot patio that promises sufficient “green space” in the heart of Hollywood. The cuisine is still going to be fast but sustainable and the interior will still be made out of recycled and non-toxic goods that get thumbs up from Leed down to the exhaust system that wafts smoke and pollutants from cooking and a water system that will help eliminate Greens’ use of plastic bottles. The company’s head chef, Fermin Arias, will run the kitchen upon opening, with nothing on the menu over $11 and produce sourced from Oxnard’s Scarborough Farms. 6278 West Sunset Blvd. 323-382-0380.
