Blue Asia, a casual Asian restaurant, will open in Allston this month, reports Boston Restaurant Talk. In addition to Asian coffee, the cafe will offer steamed Asian vegetable sandwiches, a la New York’s Mantao Chinese Sandwiches. As exciting as Blue Asia sounds, make sure not to confuse it with the slew of similarly named restaurants in Boston, like All Asia and New Asia.
