Driving on Washington last night, we ran smack into a new, fourth location for Gaby’s Mediterranean at LaCienega near the Corey Helford Gallery in Culver City. The quick and easy Greek and Middle Eastern fix has been a hit shore side where it has two locations, as well as a bigger one in Palms. A store manager tells us the new location should be ready to open in about two to three weeks and will also be the headquarters for a new catering division of Gaby’s. He also said the restaurant will likely be the second outpost of Gaby’s Express when it opens, focusing on take-out more than the full sit-down experience found in Marina del Rey and Palms.
