Bloody Bill’s Pops-Up Next Week in WeHo

Bloody Bill
Bloody Bill

We have another pop-up brewing on the 17th from a future star of food television. William “Bloody Bill” Annesley helped start Tangier in L.A., is the founding owner-chef of New Orleans’ Pamplona Tapas bar, and has been personal chef to Gwen Stefani and Tarantino. The chef also plans his own show on cable in late-2010 and a restaurant named Fatty’s locally. Recurring Thursdays, the chef, who was partially raised in Spain, will prepare pop-up menus at Bloody Bill’s in West Hollywood’s Libertine, starting January 14th through the end of February, following next week’s debut.

Bill’s bringing street food and tapas that go heavy on spices to his restaurant, which includes mixology by an equally nickname-endowed dude called Rotten Jeeves. Below we have a look at Annesley’s first menu. 8210 Sunset Blvd. West Hollywood. 646-345-5287. This will be the first of a few pop-ups organized by Della Femina Hospitality Group.
