A little shuffling is happening at hip Mission seafood joint Weird Fish: chef Alex Jackson is moving over from his post at The Corner, which until recently shared a co-owner (Tim Holt) with Weird Fish. Tablehopper slips us the news that Holt is moving on to concentrate on Weird Fish and his produce farm in Healdsburg, Roshambo Farms, and he’s brought Jackson along with him as exec chef. Jackson will be revising the brunch menu, and adding a new farm-to-table section to the dinner menu, as well as raw oysters. Sidenote: Weird Fish has suspended their lunch service, possibly permanently.
UPDATE: Alex Jackson remains on board as exec chef at The Corner while doing double duty at Weird Fish.
