Mozza 2 Go is starting ongoing “Scuola di Pizza” cooking classes that are limited to just 12 participants at a time. The three hour classes cost $150 per person and will be taught by Nancy Silverton and exec chef Matt Molina. The Daily Dish reports that the first class will be this Thursday from 7-10 p.m. with a look at making Thanksgiving dinner in the style of Umbrian village Panicale. A panzanella bread salad with dried cranberries, a porchetta-style gobbler, and a crostata with dates and pumpkin will be prepared along other turkey day variations. Reservations for the classes can be made at (323) 297-1130, but with Nancy Silverton offering live supervision and instruction, securing a spot could be harder than finding a free seat at Osteria Mozza.
Classes start at Mozza 2 Go’s Scuola di Pizza [Daily Dish]
