Mermaid Oyster Bar opened last night in the former Smiths space. Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld previewed the menu in their opening report this week: Chef Laurence Edelman rounds out the seafaring menu with lobster bisque, tagliatelle fra diavolo, and soft-corn-tortilla tacos filled with shrimp, chorizo, or fried tilapia.
