What to Eat at Le Bernardin Spinoff Ardesia, Now Serving Pork-Belly Bites

Last week, Rob Patronite and Robin Raisfeld told you a little bit about chef Amorette Casaus (late of El Quinto Pino) and her menu at Ardesia, the new wine bar from Mandy Oser, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Le Bernardin. Ardesia opened last night (and will be open daily from 5 p.m. till 2 a.m.), and we’ve secured a copy of the menu. We’ll add the wine list below as soon as it’s available.
