Whether or not you had the steely nerve to look at the (fairly gruesome) photos of lamb butchery at Mado, soothe your eyes with what that sheep became: a multi-course mutton extravaganza at one of the restaurant’s occasional “Family Dinners,” where communal seating and plating designed to encourage strangers to become friends.
