With all those “sexy butchers” in the spotlight, it’s nice to see an old-school meat man getting his due. Tonight, the Coney Island Film Festival screens The Prince of Coney Island, a documentary about Jimmy Prince, who tirelessly ran Major Prime Meat Market for over 40 years before closing shop in March.
